Refund Policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 13 calendar days from the date of the item is delivered. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason you can ask for a refund. If the period of 13 days has elapsed since the delivery, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Refund Requirements
The following scenarios forfeit the right to a refund:
- Product has been used.
- Product serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with.
- There has been an attempt to change the appearance or function of the product.
If any of the above is applies, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Return Process
If eligible for a return, please note:
- Items that are used, not in original packaging, or otherwise not in new & sellable condition are subject to a 20 percent (20%) restocking fee.
- All returning items must be shipped through traceable mail at the customer’s expense.
- Please do not return directly to the address on the received package. The appropriate return address will be provided after we received your request.
- Once we receive your item(s) at our facility, please allow 2 – 5 business days to process the return.
Not Eligible for Return
These products will not be eligible for return or refund:
- Downloadable products are not eligible for return.
- All customer specific personalized items (i.e., logos, names, sayings, and customer provided design) are FINAL SALES and are not eligible for return (however, we will do everything we can to assist should an issue occur).
- Sensitive items such as:
- Undergarment items (womens panties/shapewear, mens underwear – for health & safety reasons)
- Swimsuits (for health & safety reasons)
- Facemasks (for health & safety reasons)
Products listed above will not be eligible for return or refund.
Additional Refund Information
- Shipping and Handling Charges are not refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost packages showing as “delivered” and lost packages will not be eligible for refund.
